For years Dr. Cliff offered his private patients tested, quality oral health care products at discounted prices. With the development of DentalMarttm those same products and low prices are now available to the general public.

Credit card policy:

All credit cards are charged at the time of shipping. Should your selection be on back order, your card will not be charged until your order is actually shipped.



Shipping and handling:

DentalMart® shipping charges are designed so that the company neither makes money nor loses money shipping your merchandise to you as quickly, safely and economically as possible.

Shipping and handling (S&H) charges within the U.S. are based on ground UPS shipping rates according to the weight of the order.

All domestic orders are shipped via U.S. Priority mail or UPS. Some marked items, qualify for first class shipping. Most orders are packed and shipped within two business days.

Actual shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days. However, please allow 14 days for shipment to arrive.

International postage
will vary by country. International customers are advised of the S&H charges for their approval prior to shipping the order.

Express shipping is avalible for domestic orders. Call for rates.



Sales Tax:

Sales tax of 7.25% will be added to orders shipped to the state of California.

Return policy:

Most products are covered by a manufacturer's satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with the product simply contact the manufacturer for return instructions.

Any item returned that is not defective and unused will carry a special 15% restocking fee, and the customer will also pay for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Any exchanged items will be charged shipping and handling charges once shipped.

To return a product to DentalMarttm simply email your request for a return authorization (RMA).
